OLD BUSINESS

The Salt Lake City trip item was tabled and will be presented again in the future. Kris Ayotte reported a lack of real interest at this time. Airline prices are proving to be an issue in getting a good overall price for the trip.

Bill McGrath reported on the status of the Rensselaer County marriage index project. Volunteers are still needed to complete the information for Volume 8. The grooms to MI in Voume 8 need lookups of number and date. Volume 9, there are 19 folders of grooms out and then we will be completed. The Brides are going out now. 5300 names all toll.

Bill Mc Grath reported that the Church Memorial Project is being worked on. To date Rebecca Rector, Donna Vaughn, Dick Boland and Kay Breaton are working on different churchs.

NEW BUSINESS

Jeanne Keefe shared family books created on Ancestry.com that she intends to give as Christmas gifts to her siblings.

A motion was made by Cathy McGrath and seconded by Lizette Strait to adjourn the meeting. The motion was approved and the meeting adjourned.

Following the meeting the group held an informal Christmas Dinner consisting of items of food brought by member.
