CAMPAIGNE-OBITUARY-Jonathan Campaign, who was recently stricken with paralysis, died this morning at his residence, No. 369 Congress street. Mr. Campaign was seventy-four years old and had been a resident of this city during the last forty years. He was the first potato buyer in this city, starting the trade on the steamboat dock twenty five years ago. The wife of the deceased died five months ago. He is survived by a daughter, the wife of Charity Commissioner Edward Edwards. Mr. Campaign had been for many years a member of Trinity Methodist Church. | 6-2 |
